We have hundreds of registered buyers and we know them inside and out.

We actively contact at least 100 buyers each day to ensure we are continually up to date on their position and their requirements. This helps us keep a good database of active buyers who know us just as well as we know them.

Getting to know your property

Prior to your property going onto the market, we will as you to complete a simple questionnaire, providing us with insight to your home, helping us prepare a in depth and accurate set of details, we will also arrange for members of the sales team to visit the property and sit down with you and go through a range of questions to ensure we are fully aware of everything we need to know about your property, and have first hand information available for viewings.
