Naomi joined Orchards in mid-2021, working in our dedicated first floor office space. With 19 years’ agency experience, as well as mortgage and safeagent qualifications, Lettings is truly where her passion lies, especially in an independent firm. Her role with us is to ensure smooth running of the department, for both existing and new business, and she does this with top-class customer service, and local knowledge.

IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RENTING OVER BUYING? With increasing property prices, renting gives that bit more flexibility. As well as the knowledge that once the rent is paid, any issues with structure, sanitation, etc. are not at additional cost.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT PROPERTY? I genuinely love the opportunity of seeing all different style homes. My perfect property would be in Ampthill, with open plan space to congregate in, and a lovely big garden for my girls to run around in.

WHAT’S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE THAT YOU’VE BEEN GIVEN? Honesty is the best policy.
